This joint venture, established in 2024, creates non-scripted content to serve Tyler Perry’s dedicated fanbase. The venture produces projects in all categories from food to crime, shiny floor formats to social experiment, live specials to holiday event programming. Tyler Perry Studios is a sprawling 330-acre lot located in the heart of Atlanta on the historic grounds of the former Fort McPherson army base. The major motion picture studio, one of the largest production facilities in the country, showcases 40 buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, 12 purpose-built sound stages, 200 acres of green space and a diverse backlot with over a dozen standing sets and a variety of locations, features, and facades including airplanes, airport terminals, a bank, baseball fields, a brownstone block, a hospital, a police station, courtroom, county jail, a classic diner, and even the White House and Oval Office.
